From Stadium to Street

Media: Print publication
Duration: Six weeks

"From Stadium to Street" explores the development of uniforms from simple clothing to specially engineered fabrics. It examines how fans have taken these designs and introduced them into everyday fashion.

As both a visual and informative book, the layout aims to highlight both photos and text. To do so, some cutouts interrupt the text block, creating a dynamic composition without removing all text. High-resolution images of materials are featured to create a sense of tactility.

The book is printed on a silk, coated paper to imitate sports magazines but is bound with a perfect bind. To continue the theme of tactility, the cover is wrapped in  a stretchy polyester nylon blend and a nylon sports mesh.
